Josh Griffin and Doug Fields have over 50 years in youth ministry combined. Together they developed Download Youth Ministry (DYM). Here youth workers find resources that are: high quality, easy to use, inexpensive, and trench-tested. Aiden Whisper works to provide pastors with DYM materials and ministry scholarships, allowing youth workers to focus solely on their students.

"The church completely cut my salary three months ago so I'm not paid now and I'm doing what I used to do for $40 K for nothing. They even eliminated the youth room space so they could have a "Grief Share" group meet in the room we met in last year so I had to move to a nearby youth center. But I love the kids and we had over 50 there at our kickoff meeting last night and we are going to carry on for the sake of the kids"

"THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!!!! Thank you so much for the scholarship you provided. We are in a tight spot with our youth ministry, being without a youth pastor and this is going to help our leaders and encourage our kids. We have used it to invest in some volunteer training which I really hope will encourage some of our long-term volunteers who feel stressed and could use some training about today’s youth. Also, it will help us recruit some new leaders and train them up right, instead of just throwing them into the fire like the past. I am also excited to use some of the games and creative resources on DYM to show some new creative resources to our youth, and show them we are invested in them."
